二戰時期，美軍轟炸機的鼻頭，都會彩繪上各種主題的圖案以求幸運，稱之為「Nose Art」;其中，Double Trouble是最為著名的主題之一！皆以兩位美女為元素，以加倍給敵軍找碴的概念，而深植人心。

於是，設計師使用兩把螺絲起子 (Screw Driver) 並結合俚語—去你的 (Screw You)，來表達加倍的黑色幽默。
